  • How do I search for a calling card?
    Searching for your calling card is a very simple process:
    1. Select your preferred destination from the list box - we have calling cards for over 400 destinations across the globe from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe that you can choose from.
    2. Click on the "Search" button to view the available phone cards for the selected destination.
    3. Now click on the required card to view its rates details in brief   ^TOP
  • What is the difference between a CONNECTION FEE & A NO CONNECTION FEE CARD?
    As the name indicates the connection fee phone cards have a connection fee ranging from $0.49 to $2.99 for every completed call whereas the no connection fee card has no fees associated with it.

    Also the per minute rate for connection fee card is relatively lower than that of the no connection fee cards.

    For example, a no connection fee card to call from USA to UK will have a rate of $0.49 per minute whereas a connection fee card will have a rate of $0.01 per minute with a connection fee of $0.99 per call.

    So, according to our calculations if you were to make a international call for longer duration let's say for over 26 minutes then the Connection Fee phone card will cost less to you. And in case you make a call of less then 26 minutes, then No connection Fee phone card will have a lower per minute rate.   ^TOP
  • How do I buy a card?
    Once you have searched and selected the card of your choice, select the quantity of the card and click on the "Buy now" button for purchasing.

    Now you are in totally secured section of the website - the checkout page - Here you have the option to either continue shopping by clicking "Continue shopping" button or click on "Checkout" button once your shopping is complete.

    Once you Check out, you will be required to enter your email address and password. If you are not registered, you will be taken to the registration page. Here you will be asked to give your personal as well as credit card information (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cards). Once your card is approved by the administrator, you will be getting your pin number instantly with instructions for using it in your email. New customers will be verified before issuing the pin numbers.   ^TOP

  • How do I use my phone card to make a call?
    The details to use the phone card will be printed on the back of every phone card. To make a call using phone cards:
    1. Dial the toll free # to access the switch
    2. Enter Pin # to access your account
    3. Enter the destination #

    For calling domestic destinations: Dial 1 + area code + phone number For calling International destinations: Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number.    ^TOP

  • What is My Account?
    All the registered users of the website will be having their own unique and customized "My Account" webpage where they can access their account information. The page can only be accessed by first logging in the website and clicking the "My Account" link. From here you can:
    1. Shop for phone cards.
    2. Recharge his previously bought cards,
    3. Review and redeem his loyaltybucks
    4. Review his referral status
    5. Manage his profile and
    6. Get customer service etc.
  • Where is my info?
    Log onto MY ACCOUNT section by giving your email id and password and click on "My Profile" link to view/change your information stored on our website.    ^TOP
  • From where can I view my order history?
    Log onto MY ACCOUNT section by giving your email id and password and click on "My Orders" link to view your past and current orders. The orders information will display Pin numbers, Access numbers and Customer service information.    ^TOP
  • Where are my Loyalty Bucks details stored?
    You can view your LoyaltyBucks either from the MY ACCOUNT page or by clicking the "loyaltybucks" link on the menu bar. You are required to signin to view your Loyaltybucks balance.    ^TOP

  • How do I modify my account?
    Login to your account by clicking on "Secure Login" link present at the top hand side of every page. Click on "My Profile" link and once you have made the required changes, click "Submit" button..    ^TOP
  • What if I forget my password?
    Click on "Forgot password" link displayed below every login section. Provide your Email id. You will soon receive an email giving your login details.    ^TOP
  • How can I change my password?
    Login to your account by clicking on 'Secure Login" link present at the top hand side of every page. Click on "My Profile" link and once you have changed your password, click "Submit" button.    ^TOP

  • Are all cards rechargeable? And how do I know if my card is rechargeable or not?
    All cards are not rechargeable. You can click on a card to view the details page where its recharge status can be viewed.   ^TOP
  • How can I Recharge my phone cards?
    Most of our phone cards are instantly rechargeable. For recharging a phone card you do not have to remember any pins. You can simply recharge your previously bought phone card and our unique INSTANT RECHARGE process will recharge your phone card in real time - so you don't have to wait to make a phone call!    ^TOP

    Recharges are available in $5 increments with a minimum of $20 and up to a maximum of $100 per card. First time customers have to wait for 24 hours and use their phone card at least once before they can recharge using our unique INSTANT RECHARGE. You can recharge only one phone card at a time.

    Simply log on with your email address and password and our smart recharge process will guide you to recharging your card in few clicks!    ^TOP
  • How long does it take to recharge the card?
    With our Instant Recharge feature, your phone cards gets recharged in real time - within seconds. A confirmation mail will be received by you.    ^TOP
